Zia Comal

A comal is used to cook or warm tortillas, and it's also great for grilled cheese sandwiches or cooking a steak on the grill.

If you get the heat just right, you can get the Zia symbol on whatever you are cooking.

It is made from heavy steel by a local Santa Fe artisan. The handle has a removable chile pepper pot holder.
