Hand Painted Gourd ornament (Chiles)

Created by New Mexico artist Sandy Short, these hand painted gourd ornaments are a Chile Shop favorite! 

She starts by gathering the buffalo gourds growing wild here in New Mexico, then uses water-colors and ink

to decorate these works of art. Sandy then seals the entire gourd ensuring many years of enjoyment.
They make a fantastic Christmas tree ornament or can be displayed year round! Each gourd is signed
and dated by Sandy.
