Hand Painted Gourd Ornaments (Roadrunner)

Created by New Mexico artist Sandy Short,
these hand painted gourd ornaments are a
"Chile Shop" favorite! She starts by gathering
the buffalo gourds growing wild here in New
Mexico, then uses water-colors and ink to decorate
these works of art. Sandy then seals
the entire gourd ensuring many years of enjoyment.
they make a fantastic Christmas tree ornament, or
can be displayed year round! Each gourd is signed
and dated by Sandy
