The special blend of red and green chiles makes this a favorite. In the southwest, this is also called Christmas Salsa.
The quick way to make salsa! Mix 2 tablespoons mix with a 14.5 ounce can of chopped, stewed tomatoes. Put on the stove and bring to a boil; promptly remove. Or, just combine the tomatoes and mix and let the flavors marry for about 45 minutes.
Ingredients: New Mexico chiles, garlic, onion, and salt.
