Taos Hum Chimayo style red chile and fire roasted red chile is blended in red wine vinegar that has aged in fresh bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 months. A hint of honey softens the tannins for a complex and spectacular lingering flavor!
Overall, this hot sauce is on the milder side of the Taos Hum hot sauces, but still has enough heat to call it a hot sauce while letting you eat more than a few drops. It has the true, sophisticated taste of New Mexico.
Spectacular on seafood, in Bloody Marias, on eggs, meat and straight out of the bottle!
All peppers are organically grown here in New Mexico, hand harvested, apple wood fire roasted, hand blended and carefully bottled.
This is truly a small batch, fancy sauce with no fillers, no extracts, no water, no low quality garlic or onion powders. The only ingredients are peppers, home made vinegar, local honey and a little salt.
