Powder?  All of our powders are "pure" Chile powders.. Meaning the stems and seeds are removed

before the pods are ground into powder.  We pay our farmers extra to do this for us.  By removing

the stems and seeds, the bitterness that is sometimes tasted in chile is eliminated...  Pure NM Red chile\
